I am an artist selling my images through my own website, not a large commercial company, therefore you will receive a personal and individual service but please do not expect me to behave or respond like a large company. I do not have a team of phone operators or a mail order department. All enquiries and orders are normally dealt with by myself or my wife.

Quality

All my greetings cards and limited edition prints are individually handmade.

Dispatch Times

Some items such as books and greetings cards are held in stock and will normally be dispatched withing two working days. All prints are individually created to order and are normally dispatched within ten working days. *** Please note that for the month of June delivery times on all items will be 14-28 days***

If you need an item urgently for a special occasion please contact me and I will do my best to meet your needs, in some cases a rush delivery/courier charge may need to be applied.

Delivery Method

Normally by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Large, heavier items will be sent by other methods.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are included to all mainland UK addresses. Please contact me about delivery to other addresses outside mainland UK and I will calculate a delivery cost based on the size and weight of your order.

Ordering Terms and Conditions

By checking the relevant box on our order confirmation page you automatically agree with the following:

• Children - robertbabylon.com does not sell products for purchase by children under the age of 18 or products that are suitable for children.
• Incorrect addresses - robertbabylon.com will not be held responsible for missing items if you have made an error with your delivery address, we ask that you are sure to check this before confirming your order.

Images of items offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only.

All images used on the site are copyrighted by Robert Babylon. The use of my images on without permission is strictly probihited. If you want to use one of my images please ask, if you are prepared to credit me for non-commercial use of the image then I usually agree.

Returning Goods

If you order is missing, damaged or incorrectly supplied please let me know as soon as possible in all cases you must notify me of any missing or incorrectly supplied items within 14 days. Since most items are individually created for each order unwanted items may only be returned by special arrangement in exceptional circumstances and by written agreement from myself.

Website Security and Data Protection

All payments from my website are made through PayPal, this means I will never see any of your financial information.

I will never distribute any of your personal information to third party sites. I do send out occasional promotional emails to my customer database, but should you wish to opt out from this, please reply to the one of the unwanted e-mails with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Errors and Exceptions

All information given on my website is as accurate as possible but if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me. I reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons which may or may not be disclosed.
